The factory was founded in 1990 and can be found in Árpádhalom, near Orosháza. It developed a lot until today and by now reached its final form. At the beginning the name was Rádai és Társai Ltd which is now Napfény-Toll Ltd.
The profile of the company is trade and processing feather and down. We process only the filling material for our partners who use it for quilts and pillows, fashion products and furniture.
We have 16 sorting machines in our factory. Three of them are unique in Europe with their 16-meters height. All three machines are fully automatic. The rest of the sorting machines are semi-automatic. With our production line we are able to produce very high quality down that can serve all customer requirements.
Furthermore we have four dedusting machines that eliminates and cleans the dust from the material. We also have a blending machine that makes the material much smoother. We have two pressing machines that help our everyday work in logistics.

Everything is given to produce high quality down in our factory using high technology.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we established a strict quality control system that covers the whole process from suppliers to customers. The quality control of feather and down requires a great expertise and attention. We consider the continious quality management trainings essential in order to be able to ensure high quality.
Our primary goal is to build a long-term relationship with our selected suppliers. We believe that as a result of cooperation that is based on mutual trust is essential to be able to procure the best possible raw material.
The quality of each delivered item is checked by our qualified and trained staff in our well-equipped laboratory.
In our warehouses we store each item with the utmost care and a traceable system helps
our everyday work.
Processing may consist of sorting, washing and blending. The main purpose of washing is to remove dirt.
During sorting we can produce lots that has different down content in a way that the air flowing in the sorting machine deliveres feather and down to different chambers based on their weight. Blending is the final process that equalizes the whole quality.
Quality control of processed feather and down: During processing, quality control is continuous in order to be able to serve our customers’ needs as precisely as possible.
We take samples several times during processing, thus checking the quality. If any changes are necessary, they can be made immediately.
Just like the production of quality, we also carry out the packaging during delivery according to the needs of our customers. Then we also label each bale according to the customer’s needs.
Our priority is to build long-term relationships with our chosen suppliers. We believe that cooperation based on mutual trust will result in the best possible quality of raw materials.
