The Feather Processing Plant located in Árpádhalma was established in January, 1990. It was greatly improved and expanded during the years. It has received its final form by these days. The company is called: Napfény-Toll Kft (Ltd).
The company is engaged in feather trade (sales and purchase) and feather processing from the very beginnings to the present day. We produce only raw materials for our various customers. Our export activity is significant; our import activity is not so significant.
Our customers use the raw material for the following products: quilts (duvets), pillows / vests, jackets, / ski jackets, overalls / furniture (armchairs, sofa)
Our premises include the office building, the halls of the processing machinery, the warehouses, the mixing rooms, and the social rooms.
We have 16 sorting machines in our factory. Three of them are unique in Europe with their 16-meters height. All three machines are fully automatic. The rest of the sorting machines are semi-automatic. With our production line we are able to produce very high quality down that can serve all customer requirements.
Furthermore we have four dedusting machines that eliminates and cleans the dust from the material. We also have a blending machine that makes the material much smoother. We have two pressing machines that help our everyday work in logistics.
